What I check
- Speed on a phone: how quickly the main content appears, whether the page jumps around while loading, and what is slowing it down.
- Mobile layout: text that is too small, buttons that are hard to tap, sideways scrolling and menus that don't work on touch screens.
- Basic SEO: page titles and descriptions, headings, whether Google can find and index your pages, your sitemap, broken links and missing image descriptions.
- Accessibility basics: text contrast, form labels, and whether the site can be used with a keyboard.
- Trust and safety signs visible from outside: HTTPS, browser warnings and outdated-looking pages.
- The path to contacting you: how easy it is for a visitor to call, message or book, and whether anything gets in the way.

How it works

I review it by hand
I test the public site on a phone and on a computer, and run free tools such as Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights. Then I read the results myself, because a score alone doesn't tell you what to fix.
I send the report and answer your questions
You get the report on WhatsApp or by email. If you want help fixing anything, I can quote that separately. If not, the report is yours to keep.

Please never send passwords or login details. I only look at what any visitor can see.
Who it's for
It suits business owners whose website is slow, looks wrong on mobile, feels out of date or isn't bringing enquiries, and who aren't sure why. It works for WordPress, WooCommerce, Wix, Shopify and custom-built sites.
The best way to show how I work is to be useful first. If the report shows work worth doing, I can quote the fixes. If it doesn't, you still keep a clear list of what to improve.
What it doesn't cover
- I review the public site only. I can't see your analytics or Search Console unless you choose to share screenshots.
- I can point out problems and likely causes. I can't promise rankings, traffic or sales.
- Because each check is done by hand, I take on a limited number at a time, so I may ask you to wait.

Is the website check really free?
Yes. I review your site and send the report at no charge. You are not obliged to hire me afterwards.
What will you look at?
Speed on a phone, mobile layout, basic SEO, accessibility basics, trust signs such as HTTPS, and how easy it is for visitors to contact you. All of it is checked from the outside, the way a visitor or a search engine sees your site.
Do you need my passwords or access to my site?
No. I only look at the public website. Please don't send passwords. If you want to share analytics or Search Console screenshots, that can make the report more specific, but it isn't required.
Which websites can you check?
Any website, whatever it was built with: WordPress, WooCommerce, Wix, Shopify or custom code.
Will you fix the problems you find?
Only if you ask me to. The report is yours either way. If you want help, tell me which items matter most and I'll send a quote for those.
Can you guarantee more customers or a higher Google ranking?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. The report shows what is likely to be holding the site back and what to fix first. Results depend on many things outside the website.
How long will the report take?
It depends on how many checks I have in hand and how big your site is. When you message me, I'll tell you when to expect it.
